The store looked like a single space without any major structural idea, connected to the main road through a walkway with big steps. As one and only characterized point, the large window at the back of the shop. All these space elements have been revaluated, celebrated and transformed in a “gallery store”, an itinerary which starts from the outside, where those who in the past were small showcases now have become elegant and colored jewelry exhibiting cases or small masterpieces shrines. Actually, the store has been designed as an art itinerary, with the aim of creating a shell with the idea of enhancing the skillfully handmade jewelry.
In the foyer, a big glass window allows light to enhance the exhibited objects and contributes to give width and fluency to the space. The settings that create the atelier, as a fact, are in a continuous sequence, with no interruptions or clear stops, phased just by the white tone of the vaulted arches and the cream color of the Trani stone used for the flooring.
The only elements which interrupt the monochrome interior design, recurring style in Frezza’s architecture, are the mannequins, the golden dyed chairs with purple textiles, the colors of the jewelry stones.
