The Capri Palace restoration is the most representative project signed by Fabrizia Frezza that, with her exquisite taste, has transformed this place in the kingdom of luxury and wellness. An architectonical and structural project, developed with the aim of recommending and enhancing the island architecture, creating a continuum with the landscape: “a Mediterranean container”. The columns of cross and barrel arches and vaults play a key role for this purpose. The outcome is a set of well-defined and functional spaces, with clear and distinct paths and welcoming and warm living areas, which are not, in any way, delimited by sharp closures. Also the choice of light colors is a way to enhance the Mediterranean architecture forms: the color neutrality, that goes from the floor to the painted walls, allowed to highlight some of the furniture and objects that contrast, for material and color, with the ivory tone of the other elements. The furnishing, with the inclusion of antiques, has been chosen with the purpose of creating a more sophisticated area in the entrance hall, while, in the other common areas, ethnic furniture with Moroccan lanterns return a pleasant informal atmosphere. The rooms, decorated with cotton and linen textiles in neutral tones e with whitened furniture, amplify the warm and friendly atmosphere where the view becomes the star.
